Answer to zucchini bread poll!

Ok, the much anticipated answer to the zucchini bread poll was... 6 yes 6 loaves from one zucchini! I have been making the batter and then freezing it, we will see how the bread turns out when I actually cook it. I'll let you all know. :)

Interesting approach - I've always cooked it and then frozen the loaves....let me know, I think fresh out of the over would be better.
