This made me laugh...

Today I was in charge of Joy school for Whitney and some of her friends. We were having a lesson about our five senses and we played "I spy" and we went on a triangle hunt outside to find triangles with our eyes, things of this nature. Well I thought it would be fun to deviate from the lesson and blindfold the kids and give them various familiar objects from around the house and have them guess what they were. I gave her friend Peyton a banana, and a barbie pillow. She guessed correctly. Then Whitney had a turn and she had a remote, that she guessed correctly. Then I peeled the banana and gave her half of it. She grabbed it and squeezed it in her hand and then threw it on the table and said "I don't want to touch that anymore." I said "Well what do you think it is?" And she said. "POOP! And I don't want to touch it anymore!" I started laughing so hard. Why on earth would she think I would give her poo to hold? I am still laughing about this as I am writing. My friend was here and she was laughing too, and said "Whitney, why would your mom have you hold that." Then we took off her blindfold and she saw it was just a banana. My friend said she would never look at a banana the same again. Neither will I!

Okay - that's FUNNY!!!! I may have to try it on the boys. May not be able to eat one for a while, but it would be funny.
